Jonathan Rockford

Jonathan is a Master’s student at the Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs at the University of Denver. A Colorado native, Jonathan earned his BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in Asian Studies with a minor in Arabic. Jonathan is currently focused on studying insurgencies, counterinsurgency strategy, and unconventional warfare. He is also working as a research assistant, where he is contributing to the WAAR Dataset Project, a dataset that focuses on women’s participation in armed rebellions. Beyond this, Jonathan has also worked as an EMT and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
